Please treat all equipment and furnishings with respect. Any items that are missing, damaged, or stained will result in the loss of your security deposit.
Ensure you vacate the premises promptly at the end of your reserved time. Extensions requested on the event day will incur a fee of 1.5 times the hourly rate, subject to availability.
Avoid using adhesives such as super glue or mounting tape that could damage The PartyLah’s surfaces. Any resulting damage will lead to the forfeiture of your security depo
Keep noise levels reasonable, especially after 9 PM, to avoid disturbances. Noise complaints may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Any illegal or inappropriate behavior, including sexual activity, is strictly forbidden.
Please refrain from interfering with the functionality of equipment, such as karaoke machines or projectors.
You may only access the space during your booked slot, plus an additional 30 minutes of setup time as agreed with PartyLah.
Certain items are not to be moved, except for tables and chairs, which may be repositioned to suit your event layout. If restricted items are moved, the security deposit will be forfeited, and additional replacement costs may apply. Speakers - $500, Karaoke System - $500, Mics - $100, Projector - $400, Projector Screen - $300, Table (each) - $200, Chair (each) - $50, Unremovable stains on any surface - $100.
If items are found missing or damaged during your booking, PartyLah reserves the right to recover costs from the event liaison if the security deposit does not suffice.
Ensure all doors are securely locked, and the key is returned when leaving. A charge of $80 will apply for a missing key.
PartyLah is not liable for any personal belongings left behind. Please double-check and collect all items before leaving.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least two weeks in advance and are subject to date availability. A rescheduling fee of 50% of your booking fees will apply.
Full payment is required to secure your selected date and time slot. The designated event liaison serves as the primary point of contact for all booking-related matters.
PartyLah offers a 1,050 sqft event area. It can comfortably accommodate 50 seated guests and up to 20 guests standing.
Certainly! There are street parking available at Campbell Lane, Dalhousie Lane & Dunlop street which is a 2 minutes walk to PartyLah. And 2 minutes walk from Tekka Place multi-storey car park.

Yes! There is a complimentary 30 minutes set up period before your booking time.
